Funeral service for Anna M. Murphy, 48, Winners Circle, Daytona Beach, who departed from this life at her residence April 25, 2007, will be 1 p.m. Friday, May 4, at Church of Christ, 624 Martin Luther King Blvd., Daytona Beach, with the Rev. Charlie Freeman, pastor, Church of Jesus, Ormond Beach, officiating. Calling hours are from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. today (Thursday, May 3) at Herbert Thompson Funeral Home Chapel. Anna was born in March 14, 1959 in Daytona Beach to the late Isaac and Ellen Murphy. She was ill for a short time. Leaving this life before Anna was one sister, Leola Murphy. Anna leaves to cherish her memories four sons, Michael Harris, Alvin Bell, Derrick Dell, Justin Bell, all of Daytona Beach; one daughter, Quintana Poole, Daytona Beach; three grandchildren, all of Daytona Beach; three brothers, Cyrus Murphy (Jo Ann), Isaac Murphy, Jr. (Denise), Charlie Murphy (Wanda), all of Daytona Beach; five sisters, Betty Powers, Gail Murphy Loper (Leroy), Ida Sims (Walter), Denise Morgan (Jimmy), Melissa Harris (Derek); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
