COYLE, Anna Margaret, "Ann," who was born November 6, 1923, inNew Albany, Pa., on the Coyle family farm, departed our lives December 21, 2009, in Sebring. She attended St. Basil' s Catholic Academy in Dushore, Pa., finishing high school with the Class of 1941 at Horseheads High School in New York. She went on to attend classes at Elmira College, worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for Elmira Transit Mix in Horseheads, and in 1960, received her Associate in Science degree in nursing from Miami-Dade Junior College. She graduated from the nursing program at Mount Sinai Hospital of Greater Miami with the Class of 1970, and obtained her nursing license in 1972, practicing as an registered nurse at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami Heart Institute and Mount Sinai Hospital. A believer of lifelong learning, Ann continued to take educational courses, even after retiring from nursing. She settled in Sebring, Fla., in 1993. Ann traveled regularly and enjoyed cruises, including a favorite cruise to China and The Great Wall, and escapades with her close friend of more than 50 years, Marylyn Adams. She will be greatly missed by all, including her remaining family, which includes Francis P. Coyle of Pennsylvania, Thomas Coyle ofMissouri, Marguerite Ann Coyle McClintic of California, and numerous nephews and nieces and their families.
