Anna L. Leeof BrisbenAnna L. Lee, 72, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 in Newport News, Va. She was predeceased by her good friend, Gerald W. Packard. She is survived by her husband, Walter Copp, Brisben; several stepchildren; three sisters, Margaret Doolittle, Oxford, Virginia McGowan, Brisben, Marion Hayes, Greene; many aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, including Carol, who was her special sidekick. Anna retired from Procter and Gamble Pharmaceuticals, Norwich, after many years of service.Funeral and committal services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, at the Root Funeral Home, with Rev. Benjamin H. Shaw, Pastor of North Afton United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery in the Spring. Friends of the family may call Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Root Funeral Home, 23 N. Chenango St., Greene.
