ANN R. WILLIAMS Ann Williams, 74, of Sebring, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2008. She was born in Utica, N.Y. on July 14, 1933, the daughter of Phoebe and Edward Roach. She moved to Florida in 1939, and after many years in North Miami, she lived in Clewiston and Orange Park until her husband, Charles' retirement in 1998, when they moved to Tanglewood in Sebring. Ann was of the Catholic faith, a friend to everyone she met and an active member of the Tanglewood community. She is survived by her husband, of 43 years, Charles; sons, Ronald Royer (Karen), Cooper City, Fla. and John Royer, Woodstock, Ga.; daughters, Dr. Bonnie Appleton, Marietta, Ga.; Debi Faulkner (Chuck), Lakeland, Fla., Donna Raymond (Charles), Davie, Fla. and Stephanie Williams, Mobile, Ala.; 13 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and sister and brother-in-law, Mary Lou and Roy Anderson, of Sebring. A Memorial Service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 2, 2008, at Tanglewood Clubhouse. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association in her memory.
