Rockland Ann J. (Vaudo) Bois, 80, died suddenly on January 16, 2008 at the South Shore Hospital. She was born in Cambridge, daughter of the late Nicholas and Erasma (Lecesse) Vaudo and was raised and educated there. She graduated from Cambridge High and Latin School on 1946. Mrs. Bois has made her home in Rockland for the past 52 years. She retired in 2006 after a 40-year career as a secretary at the Memorial Park School and later the Esten Elementary School in Rockland. Anne was a communicant of Holy Family Church in Rockland and had been an active supporter of the Holy Family Defenders Drum and Bugle Corps. She was a Den Mother for the Rockland Cub Scout Pack and was a member of the Rockland Sons of Italy. Wife of the late Edward J. Bois, she is survived by her children, Debora A. Bois-Cicalese of PA, E. John Bois of E. Bridgewater, William R. Bois of Auburn, Steven G. Bois of RI, Gregory P. Bois of Rockland and Michelle A. Lancaster of FL. A sister, Pauline Carrieri of Cambridge, 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A funeral will be held from the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union St. ROCKLAND on Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. A Funeral Mass will follow in Holy Family Church at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery.
