SAVOIE, Anita (Basciano)1932 - 2016Passed away peacefully on July 11, 2016 at the CSHLD Cote Vertu residence where she was given the best of care. A lover of life, and the people she interacted with, Anita was a hard worker who spent much of her later life donating time to organizations including: Hema-Quebec, the Royal Canadian Legion and anywhere else she felt her time was needed. A loving mother to her three daughters: Anita, Diane and the late Rosee. Her memory will be forever cherished by everyone whose lives she touched, including her eight grandchildren: (Sigouin) Stephane, Chantal, Melanie, Eric, Stephanie, Nathalie, Marie-Josee, Marie Christine. She will also be greatly missed by her twenty-one great- grandchildren, whose presence brought her infinite joy and smiles, as well as her dear sister Therese Savoie (Scopelleti), and her many nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Anita''s life was held on July 15, 2016 with her family. Rest in Peace. We love you. We miss you.
