MANCHESTER -- Anita Daigle, 82, died Dec. 19, 2008, at Hanover Hills Health Care Center. She was born in Laconia on March 11, 1926, to Nestor and Aurore (Martel) Grenier. She lived in Manchester most of her life. Mrs. Daigle retired in 1981 from Raytheon Co. She was a communicant of St. Anthony Church and was a member of the Sodality of St. Anne. She also volunteered at Catholic Medical Center. She was predeceased by her husband, Marcel Daigle, in 2003, and by a son, Denis Daigle. Family includes son Michael Daigle of Rye; sisters Claire Vigneault of Dover, Cecile Sevigny and Irene Grenier, both of Florida, and Lena Melanson of Wells, Maine; brothers Reginald Grenier of Somersworth, Raymond Grenier of Dover, and Nestor Grenier Jr. of Georgia; and two grandchildren. SERVICES: There are no calling hours. A memorial Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia, at the convenience of the family.
