BAXTER, Alice (nee Labelle) Peacefully, with her daughters by her side, Alice Baxter (nee Labelle) passed away at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa on Tuesday, September 30th, at the age of 88. Alice, (formerly of Montreal,) was predeceased by her beloved husband, Eric and her treasured son Lloyd. She is survived by her daughters, Gail, Shirley (Wayne), Darlene and her 6 grandchildren, Sean, Tara (Peter), Brad, Ashleigh (Ryan), Melissa, Kristie and her first great grandchild Gabriella. At Alice's request, a memorial service to celebrate her life will take place at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, 194 Fourth Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario K1S 2L6, on Friday, November 7th at 12:00 pm. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Ottawa Unit, 1745 Woodward Drive, Ottawa, ON K2C 0P9.
