ANDERSON Mrs. Alice J. Anderson, age 93 of Milford, beloved wife of the late Carl G. Anderson, went to be with her Lord Friday, June 6, 2008 at the Hospital of St. Raphael. She was born March 7, 1915 in West Rutland, Vt. to the late John Gustafson and Josephine Carlson Gustafson. Mrs. Anderson is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Essex and a son, J. David Anderson and his wife, Carolyn; grandchildren, Alison Brennan and her husband, Chris, Kimberly Essex, Stefan, Brielle and Birgitta Anderson; great-grandsons, Joshua, Jordan, and Justin Brennan; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Anderson was predeceased by her sisters, Mildred Johnson, Inez Gustafson, Ida Stromgren, Mabel Swenson, and her brothers, Reuben, Carl, and John Gustafson. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 11 in the Cody White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford. Interment to follow at King's Highway Cemetery. Family and Friends may call Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Cody White Funeral Home.
