CHALIFOUR, Alice May (Lewis) May 1, 1917 - October 14, 2002 Alice Chalifour passed away peacefully on October 14, 2002, at Pine Meadow Nursing Home, Northbrook, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Frank Chalifour, loving mother to Shirley May Silliker, Dennis Chalifour, Bonnie Douglas and Deborah Conte. Cherished sister to Gerald Lewis and the late Shirley Frankland. She will be greatly missed by all her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. A very special thanks to her extended family and friends at Pine Meadow Nursing Home for the love and comfort they shared through the years. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the Chapel of Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa on October 18th at 12:00 p.m. The family would appreciate those wishing to make donations in memory of Alice Chalifour may do so to the Arthritis Society, Pine Meadow Nursing Home, Northbrook, ON K0H 2G0 or a charity of your choice.
