Finn, Alice Ann (Dallinga) REXFORD, N.Y. Alice Ann Dallinga Finn, 66, of Blue Barns Road, Rexford, died suddenly at her residence Wednesday, October 15, 2008. Born in Glens Falls, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Louis Dallinga and the late Beth Maranville Dallinga Hannum. She was raised and educated in Burnt Hills, graduating from Burnt Hills High School and then Ellis Hospital School of Nursing where she received her LPN. Alice was employed at several area health facilities over the years and worked private duty at the time of her retirement in 1991. She is survived by a son, Dean C. Finn of Rexford; five brothers and sisters, Jack Maranville of Scotia, Liz Freihofer of Lake George, Jane Wood of Clifton Park, Laurel Hannum of Guilderland and Becky Edwards of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. She was predeceased by a brother, John Hannum. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held on Sunday evening at 7:30 at the Morris-Stebbins-Miner & Sanvidge Funeral Home, 312 Hoosick Street, Troy, NY 12180, with the Rev. Dean Brown, pastor of Ridge Road Wesleyan Church in Queensbury, N.Y., officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home for one hour prior to the worship service, beginning at 6:30 p.m. A cremation will take place at the convenience of the family.
