JOHNSON, Albert Lavern, 85, of Zephyrhills, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2006, in Zephyrhills. He is survived by his daughter, Sandra K. Garcia of Zephyrhills; a brother, Rolland Johnson of Harlan, Ind. and Zephyrhills and a sister, Maryellen Diener of Zephyrhills. Mr. Johnson was born May 15, 1921, in Woodburn, Ind. to William and Zelma (Keyes) Johnson, he came to Zephyrhills in 1986 from Fort Wayne, Ind. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Antwerp, Ohio. He worked for 37 years for General Electric and was a Protestant. Services will take place in Payne, Ohio at a later date.
