O'FARRELL Adrienne Diana February 21st, 1977 - June 6th, 2009 Our darling Adrienne was taken away from us much too suddenly and much too soon. She will be remembered lovingly and forever missed. She is survived by her Mother Patricia O'Farrell, brother Gary Richard, sister Leanna Cummins, brother-in-law Patrick, her 7 children Mathew, Hinna, Alisha, Sonny (Mikey), Jonah, Marc, and Ashton, her Uncle Chuck, Aunty Kareen, Uncle Scott, Uncle Scottie, nieces Karissa, Keanna and Jenna, cousins Jason, Cristin, Trevor, Morgan and McKenna and many friends. Funeral service will be on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 3:00pm at the Avalon Surrey Funeral Home, 13288 - 108th Avenue, Surrey, BC with a reception to follow in the adjoining room. Donations can be made at the front entrance of the Chapel to help with service costs and flowers are welcome.
