Abdelle Jean St-AngePoughkeepsie - Abdelle Jean St-Ange "AKA Bunky" departed this life on May 14,2012 at the age of 22.He was born on December 23, 1989 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Jean & Joyce St-Ange.He was the youngest of 4 children.He was a member of Mt. Olive FBH Church and sang in the choir.He attended Poughkeepsie Public School District and graduated from Poughkeepsie High School in June 2009.Abdelle was captain of the football team. He played center and defensive tackle at Poughkeepsie High School.In 2008 he was selected to the Section One exceptional Seniors football team. Abdelle was a member of the Brothers to Brothers Program. He attended Boces Technical School for Security Services. He was later employed by Allied Barton security services. He had enrolled and was going to attend Ridley & Lowell Technical School this September in the HVAC Program.Abdelle will be remembered for his funny personality and bright smile.He loved to play jokes and was always there as a good friend.Abdelle was loved by all who knew him.He would say"Just live your life,you never know what tomorrow might bring or have in store for you. I live my life to the fullest everyday and that's the best thing any one can do".He leaves to cherish his memory ,loving, devoted and caring parents;mother, Joyce Fils (husband Jimmy), father, Jean St-Ange (wife Marie), Amelie Thomas and god moher, Evang. Geraldine Sellers; 2 sisters, Qulana St-Ange of Poughkeepsie and Claimette Stinfil (husband Shilet) of Atlanta, GA;3 brothers,Derrick Frater (fiancee Coranda Martin), Gabriel Fils and Daniel Fils (Geneva Carr) all of Poughkeepsie; God father of Brazil Harris and John Wright III and a very special friend Keilah Featherson; 3 nieces, Rhazarha Stinfil; Camille and Genesia Fils; 1 nephew Noah Owens (Fils) along with a host of aunts,uncles, cousins and friends.He was predeceased by his grandparents Min Eddie L Sparrow, Marisona Marc and Forest St-Ange; great grandparents, Owen and Ella Stevens.Abdelle Jean ST-Ange will lie in repose 10am-11am Thursday May 24, 2012 at Beth-El C.O.G.I.C. 91 Hooker Avenue Poughkeepsie. Services 11 am at the church.Reverend Magdaline Patterson pastor of the Mt. Olive FBH Church will officiate.
