Anne Elizabeth (Beth) Wilson(Brown nee Petersen)It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing at the age of 92, our beloved mother. Mom went peacefully, after a brief illness, to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday May 27th, exactly 25 years to the day, after the death of our dear father George Allen Brown Sunday May 24th, 1987. Beth is also predeceased by husband Clifford Wilson, as well as sisters June Milne (Alex), Evelyn Eastmond (Victor), and brothers Albert Petersen (Doris), Leonard Petersen (Mavis), and Clarence Petersen (Ethel). Beth leaves behind her loving son Bruce Brown (Margaret) Regina, Sask. and devoted daughter Bev Mallett (Rob) South Surrey, B.C. She also leaves her precious sisters Eileen Hodges (Ken, Al Wihak) Melville, Saskatchewan and Ethel Petersen (Clarence), Quesnel, B.C. Beth had 8 grandchildren; Lenna (Chris), Gina (Randy),Lynsee (Greg), Reina (Dale), Bruce Jr (Gail), Rob Jr.,Curtis (Gorana) and Sarah (Chris). Beth had 16 great-grandchildren. Her love for them all was equal and unconditional. Beth will also be missed by many nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Beth touched the lives of many people, in many different ways. She was generous, kind, and valued her family tremendously. All who knew Beth loved her deeply and today each of us carries a piece of her in our hearts, as well as our memories. "Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. Isaiah 12:2" A Celebration of Mom's life will be on Wed, Oct 24 at 2pm, at the Regina Funeral Home, Highway 1 East, Pastor Darrold Sauer officiating. At her request in lieu of flowers please donate in Beth's name to the Diabetic Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in your area.
