Andrew Martell 8/7/19 - 10/6/2009 - The family of Andrew Martell would like to express their sincere thanks for all the flowers, food, cards, monetary gifts, donations, and kind messages of condolences during our difficult time. We would also like to give special thanks to all our neighbors for their assistance during our time of need, all our grandchildren and family for their help, love and support during the difficult times. We would like to thank the Ellis Hospital I.C.U. 2 Unit, nursing staff, especially to Jeff, Andy's nurse. Thank you to all the doctors and staff at the Dialysis Services. Special thanks to Debbie Capullo, and Ann Marie Soltis at dialysis. They were always ready to answer our questions concerning Andy. Many thanks to Our Lady of Mt.
