She was a devoted and loving wife of Elbert Lee "Jack" Coleman, who brought a "beautiful" city girl to the country and married her in 1944. They lived a wonderful and happy life from this marriage.Virginia became the wonderful mother of four sons and one daughter, Jimmy Coleman, Johnny and Bobbie Coleman, Jerry and Rhonda Coleman and Joe and Diann Coleman, all of Anniston; and her daughter and baby, Jackie Carolyn (Ben) Lett, Hokes Bluff. Her life was fulfilled by spoiling each of her children and grandchildren until the day she left this earth; her grandchildren, Scott and Ginger, Melody and Jon, Jeff and Cindy, Susie and Anthony, Rodney and Tabatha, Kim and Alan, Chad and Julie, Anniston, and last but not least, the light of her "life," Coleman Lee Lett, Hokes Bluff; nine great-grandchildren, Whitney, Ashley, Kyle, Jordan, Blaze, Dylan, Kelsea, Cassie and Payden; one loving sister, Carolyn Tritten; one loving brother, John Kemp; and several nieces and nephews. Her daily highlights were feeding and taking care of all her kitty cats and birds. She loved being outdoors and enjoyed all of God's creations. She enjoyed going down "Memory Lane" daily with her family. She will join in heaven her husband, Jack Coleman; son, Joe (Diann) Coleman; and grandson, Jeff (Cindy) Coleman. She was a lifelong member of Rabbittown Baptist Church. Mom, there are no words to express our love and appreciation to you.Special thanks to Dr. Heather Sabo and the staff of the ICU at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital and Tracy Bonner and Jon Smith of Gray Brown-Service Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Blaze Johns, James Hall, Donnie Ford, Don Martin, Ronald (Pee Wee) Hall, Kevin Hall, Jon Lloyd and Jimmy Cheatwood.
