Steven J. Parker, 44, Sarasota, died Aug. 2, 2006. He was born Oct. 6, 1961, in Somers Point, N.J., and came to Sarasota in 2000 from Egg Harbor, N.J. He worked in lawn maintenance. He was an Army veteran and a member of the Moose Lodge and a Moose Legionnaire in Sarasota. Survivors include his wife, Doreen West-Parker; his mother, D. Marie of Frankfort, Maine; a daughter, Sierra G. of Sarasota; and sons William J. Hilbert of Egg Harbor, Lee Dove and David West, both of Sarasota. Memorial services will be later.
