CHARTRAND, Rhéal - The family announces with sorrow his death at Extendicare Falconbridge on Friday, January 2nd, 2009 at the age of 78 years. Son of the late Ernest and of the late Jeanne (née Proulx) Chartrand. Loving father of Claude (Shirley) Chartrand, Rachel (Donald) Boucher, Jules (Debbie), André Chartrand and Gisèle (Gérald) Boucher all of Noëlville and Michel (feu Jean) of Verner. Predeceased by his brother Roger Chartrand. Dear brother of Fernande Coulombe, Jeannine Neault and Juliette Imbeau all of Sudbury and Sr. Marie-Paule Chartrand of Ottawa. Predeceased by his brother Hector Chartrand (Irène of Noëlville) and by his sister Simone Chartrand. The family will receive relatives and friends at St-David parish hall in Noëlville, Sunday from 2-5 & 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, January 5, 2009 at 11 a.m. in St-David's Church, Noëlville.
