Philip Charles Williams, 82, resident of White Plains and of the Hebrew Hospital Home of Westchester passed away peacefully at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York on August 20, 2006. Visitation hours will be from 5 pm until 9 pm on Monday at the White Plains Presbyterian Church, 39 North Broadway, White Plains. Funeral Services will be held on August 29, Tuesday at 10 am at the Church. Interment White Plains Rural Cemetery.
