WHITE, Pauline, 71, of Plant City, Fla., passed away Saturday, February 10, 2007. Mrs. White lived in Berrien Center, Mich., and moved to Plant City for her remaining years. She was a fruit farmer and a member of Transforming Life Ministries. She was predeceased by her husband, Oscar Disterheft; brothers, Frank Monroe and Jimmy Monroe; and sisters, Betty Youngblood and Jane Bennett. Survivors include son, Daniel Disterheft of Berrien Springs, Mich.; daughters, Jean Behling of South Bend, Ind., Susan Riveria of League City, Texas, and Terry Escobedo of Plant City, Fla.; brothers, Erstine Monroe of Plant City, Fla., Michael Monroe of Mulberry, Fla., and Boyd Monroe of Cottondale, Fla.; sisters, Mildred Willis of Plant City, Fla., Catherine Alderman of Lakeland, Fla., and Merriel Monroe of Plant City, Fla.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-6 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2007, with funeral services at 6 p.m. at Wells Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Rodriquez officiating.
