Michael Joseph Flanagan DOVER - Michael Joseph Flanagan, 80, died Saturday, March 7, 2015, at York Hospital, following a long illness. Michael and Susan, his devoted wife, were married 40 years in November 2014. He was a proud and doting father to his son, Ryan, and Ryan's wife, Camila. He was predeceased by his father, Joseph Flanagan; mother, Mary Towey Flanagan; and his brother, Francis Flanagan. He is survived by his adoring sister Mary Ward and her husband PJ Ward, and his dear brother, John Flanagan and his wife, Ann, and many nieces and nephews here and in Ireland. He was a lifelong member of Carpenter's Union Local 40 in Cambridge, Mass. Calling hours will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Fri., Mar. 13 in the Lucas & Eaton Funeral Home, 91 Long Sands Rd., York, Maine. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Sat., Mar. 14 in St. Christopher's Church, 4 Barrell Ln., York, Maine.
