There will be a private burial. A memorial service will be held at the ChurchJune 12, 2009, at 2:00, withvisitation afterwards in the fellowship hall. She was bornMarch 7, 1949, in Montgomery, Alabama, the daughterof the late Mr. and Mrs. JohnMyrick Ashley, Jr. of Montgomery, Alabama. She attended Converse College inSpartanburg, S. C., and theUniversity of Madrid in Spain.She was Director of SeniorServices at the MontgomeryArea Council On Aging (MACOA). Bonnie wasbeloved by everyone whohad the privilege of meetingand knowing her. She spreadjoy, beauty and love wherever she went, always servingothers first. She made theworld a brighter place.
