O'DONNELL _ Marguerite Theresa (nee McGowan). Born October 3, 1903, in Perth, Ontario. Died peacefully September 5th, 2003. Predeceased by her husband William Patrick (1969). Survived by her sons, John (Sheelagh) and Bill (Jeanette). Seven grandchildren, Stephen (Wendy), Maureen, Michael, Tim (Rachel), Shawn, Padraic, and Kevin. Three great-grandchildren, Sarah, Liam, and Anja. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was the last of eight brothers and sisters, Mary, Ann, Tom, Jim, Harry, Dan, and Wilfred. A long full life led her from Ontario to the farms of Alberta, and then to Kitsilano where she resided for many years, sustained by numerous friends and family and lemon meringue pie. Special thanks to Dr. Reeves and the staff at Youville, where she happily spent her last years, as well, a thanks to her many visitors. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 11th, 2003, at 10:00 AM from the Parish of St. Augustine's Church, 2028 West 7th Avenue, Vancouver BC.
