Anniston, Ala. - Entered into rest July 11, 2003, Mrs. Margaret Allen Parker, Anniston. She was the wife of the late, Mr. Luther Gerald Parker. Surviving are her sister, Willie Mae Cannady of Virginia Beach, Va.; six nephews and three nieces. Mrs. Parker was a native of Williamston, S.C., but had resided in Anniston most of her life. She was a member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church and the Bell Bible Class. She formerly worked for the city of Oxford and was a retired state employee. She was a member of the Anniston Country Club and the Ladies Golf Association. Graveside funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Herb Sons officiating.
