Lucille Melba Parker, 83 of Chipley, died on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at Bay Medical Center in Panama City. Born Friday, March 4, 1927 in Westville, she was the daughter of the late Quiney Sanders and the late Millie Riley Sanders. She is survived by her husband Jimmy Smile; sons, James McCraine, Jr. of Prattville, AL, Jack McCraine of Columbus, GA, Larry McCraine of Phenix City, AL and Donnie Parker; sisters, Queeny Pearl Myers of Selma, AL and Cupie Dean Ross of Phoenix City, AL; 16 grand children and 10 great grand children.A Funeral service was held at Camp Ground Church with the Rev.
