Ernest Hartwell "Wet Willie" Williams Jr., 60, of Florence, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Polly Williams; and sisters, June Nelson and Francis Green.He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Williams and husband, Brian Cranfill; granddaughter, Rachel Combs; sisters, Dorothy Patterson (Lenis), and Laura Pace (Harold), all of Florence; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and more friends than he could count.To all of those who knew him, Willie was definitely "One of a Kind," and a storyteller extraordinaire.A special thanks to all of his old and new friends for always being there for him.Please remember him often and know that he is at peace.An online guest book may be signed at greenviewmemorial.com.
