DAPHNE LYNN WILLIAMS (NEE BURRISS) PORTAGE, IN Daphne Lynn Williams, (nee Burriss), age 49 of Portage, IN, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, September 10, 2011. Daphne is survived by her husband. Robert Williams; children: Zackery Williams and Alison Williams; mother, Dorothy "Alice" Burriss; and sister, Robin Builta. She was preceded in death by her father, Allan Burriss; and brother, Jeff Burriss. Daphne was a loving mother and enjoyed gardening. She loved her pets: Teddy and Wendy, and was an avid animal lover. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre (two blocks east of Broadway) at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN at 12:00 Noon with burial to follow at Memory Lane Memorial Cemetery in Schererville, IN.
