Corinne R. Peterson SOUTH LONDONDERRY, VT - Corinne R. Peterson, 89, of South Londonderry, VT, passed away peacefully at home on Dec. 15, 2010, with her son and daughter-in-law at her bedside. Corinne was born in New York City on April 26, 1921, the daughter of Edgar and Rose Rousseau. Corinne spent most of her life in Yardley, PA and Pennington, NJ, until she moved to South Londonderry to be with her son and daughter-in-law. She loved traveling which she did extensively, and enjoyed the company of her dear friends. Corinne's first husband, Lt. Commander James H. Strong, passed away in 1961 and her second husband, Dr. Walter R. Peterson, passed away in 1986. Corinne is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James H. and Barbara J. S. Strong of South Londonderry, VT; two nieces, Holly Rousseau of Daytona Beach, FL, and Lori Rousseau of Newtown, PA, and a great- nephew, Colton Snow of Newtown, PA. She was predeceased by a brother, Edgar Rousseau. Memorial services will take place at a later date in Pennsylvania.
