WILLIAMS Caroline "Grannie", 80, of Paterson, NJ. She departed this life on Tuesday, December 9, 2008. Mrs. Williams was a Retired Teacher's Aide for Day Care One Hundred in Paterson, NJ. She was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the Senior Choir and the Usher Board. She was the beloved wife of the late Evell Williams Sr., the mother of Mary Tigney and the late Evell Williams Jr., Joseph and Joseph Lee Williams; the daughter of the late Carter Charles and Elizabeth Jackson; the sister of Thomas Rembert and Gladys Harris; the grandmother of twelve and the late Roland Williams; the great-grand-mother of thirty four; the great-great-grandmother of nineteen; devoted friend of Deacon Willie Sweet; the mother-in-law of the late David Tigney Sr.; the aunt of the late Donald Rembert. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors. Services: Monday, December 15, 2008, 10 AM at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 187-189 Pearl St., Paterson, NJ. Interment: Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Friends may visit: Monday, 9-10 AM at the Church. Arrangements by: Carnie P.
