Carl "Boo Boo" Williams, 75, died on Jan. 7, 2011, in East Orange, N.J. Services are on Friday at 11 a.m. at Community Church of God, corner of 6th and New Street, Plainfield. Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Born in Orange, Mr. Williams was a resident of Scotch Plains for 10 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving in the Korean War. Mr. Williams is survived by his sister, Florence Folkes; nephews, Allen and Albert Flokes (Trina); great-nephew, Tajah; great-niece, Aja, and devoted companion, Margaret Brown.
