Agnes E. Williams SchenectadyAgnes E. Williams, 88, died peacefully on March 4, 2013 at Ellis Hospital with her sons at her side. Agnes was born in Patter- sonville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl Hoffman Schmid. She re- ceived an associate's degree and was a school teacher for many years in Hawaii, Florida, California and Maryland. In later years, she worked as a waitress/manager at the Mo- hawk Club. She was predeceased by her husband, Donnie Williams in 1972; a son, Clifford Williams in 1991; and a brother, Walter Schmid. She is survived by her sons, Donnie Williams and his wife, Tina of Scotia and Gary Wil- liams of Schenectady; grand- children, Jessica, Brittney, Ave, Rowan, Todd, Shaw and An- thony; sisters, Bernice Avery, Dorothy Beyer and June Barie. Relatives and friends are in- vited to call at the Rossi & Di- toro Funeral home on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m.
