A Memorial Service for Bill Temple will be held at Richards Funeral Home, Rte. 17c West, Owego, N.Y., Monday, April 14th, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Dennis King officiating. Interment will follow in Tioga Cemetery, Owego. Family will receive friends on Monday from 12 noon until time of service.
