William Harold Bryant, 70, of Shepherdsville, was born March 2, 1934, to the late Clarence and Mary Ethel Meadors Bryant in Williamsburg, KY. He returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, May 10, 2004, at Norton Audubon Hospital. Mr. Bryant was a US Army veteran, a retired employee of General Electric after serving 32 years of faithful service and an active member of Harvest Church of God. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife, Phyllis A. Young Bryant; children, Anita White (Wayne), Mary Kaye McLochlin-Voyles and her fiancé, Butch Wooten, Joyce Ridener, William "Billy" Harold Bryant Jr. (Connie) and Larry Wayne Bryant (Joan); a sister, Shirley Clemons (Richard); brothers, Earnest Bryant (Mary) and W.D. "Bill" Bryant (JoAnn); grandchildren, Robyn (Clemente) Aizprua, Larry "Tommye" Coomer Jr., William H. "Billy" Bryant III (Randle), Robert Sean Bryant, Tony Cox, Christopher Ayron and Kara C. McLochlin, Jacob W. and Jessica M. Bryant, Jason Ridener and Penny Honeycutt (Tim); great-grandchildren, Hailey J. Coomer, Timmy Honeycutt, William Cameron and Alyssa Bryant; and a host of other family and friends. His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2004, at Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home, Preston Hwy. at Brooks Road, where friends and family may kindly visit from noon-9 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Park.
