-><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Woodard, William E.Willard: William E. Woodard, 70, of Willard, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. He was born in Montour Falls, a son of Madeline Daily Woodard and the late Charles Woodard Sr. Mr. Woodard was a car salesman for many years last working at Learn Motors in Watkins Glen before his retirement. Bill was well known for going out of his way for others. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Patricia, residing in Willard; his children, Roy (Cindy) Woodard of Dresden, William Woodard Jr. of Groton, Pamela (Bill) Davidson of Willard, Christopher (Irene) Woodard of Willard, and Wayne (Tara) Woodard Sr. of Interlaken; 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, James of Asheboro, NC, Robert of Middletown, OH, David of Candor and Edward Woodard of Colorado. In addition to his father, Bill was predeceased by a grandson, Albert Davidson; and 2 brothers, Richard and Charles Woodard Jr. There are no calling hours and a memorial service will be held this Saturday, May 10, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ovid Federated Church with Pastor Diane Walker officiating. Memorial Donations may be made to the South Seneca Ambulance. The Hurlbut Funeral Home on Main Street in Interlaken is in charge of arrangements.
