TODD William Arthur Billy Todd, 56, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012. He was born January 3, 1956 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Michael & Virginia Dora (Savage) Todd. Billy had lived in Jacksonville all of his life, was Baptist by faith and learned to sandblast at Local Painters Union #164. He is survived by his brother, Robert Jones (Alison); sister, Patricia Gundersen (Aksel) and a host of other relatives and friends. Billy will be cremated at the family s request.
