Virginia W. "Jenny" Williams - GUYTON - Virginia W. "Jenny" Williams, 85, passed away at her home peacefully and honorably on Monday, February 9, 2009. The Screven county native was a member of Jackson Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sally Hines, parents, Oren Williams and Evelyn Hines, husband, Arthur Williams, son, Herman Williams, grandson, Skipper Williams, sister, Nonnie Kemp, and brother, George Albert Bazemore. Survivors include her children, Murphy Williams (Mary) of Clyo, Myra Lewis (Frank), Nell Bragg (Dave), Betty Crosby (James), and Terry Williams (Janice) all of Guyton; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; sisters, Jewel Holland of Cobbtown and Mary Greer (Larry) of Brooklet. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel. Interment will follow in Jackson Baptist Church Cemetery. Remembrances may be given to Jackson Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 2274 Poor Robin Rd., Sylvania, GA 30467. Thomas C.
