CLARK, VICKIE LYNN, 54 of Louisville passed away at her home Thursday January 28, 2010. She is preceded in death by her grandchild, Tori Gaye Caudill. Vickie is survived by her husband, Larry Clark; son, Quentin Caudill and grandchild, Kali Caudill. A funeral service will be held noon Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, 2-8 p.m.
