DAYTONA BEACH - Thomas Charles Humphrey, 40, of Colfax Drive, who worked general maintenance for the Daytona International Speedway, died Wednesday at Halifax Medical Center. Mr. Humphrey was born in Marietta, Ga., and moved to this area in 1996 from St. Cloud. He was a lifetime member of the Almous Club. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed stock car racing. Survivors include his parents, Major and Barbara Humphrey, Connecticut; and three sisters, Debra Humphrey, Connecticut, and Donna Viera and Christina Powers, both of Ocoee. Alavon Direct Cremation, South Daytona, is in charge.
