Thomas Francis Kelly, 86, died Feb. 12, 2006, at his home. He was born in the Bronx, N.Y., and moved to Vero Beach in 1976. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of St. Helens Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Laura Kelley, of Vero Beach; sisters, Alice and Julia Kelly of Vero Beach. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Kelly. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice. SERVICES: A memorial service will be at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by Indian River Cremation.
