Mrs. Theresa M. Williams - JACKSONVILLE, FL - Mrs. Theresa M. Williams, 79, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2009. Mrs. Williams is survived by three sons, Earl Soal, San Antonio, TX, Henry (Cathy) Minis, Jr., Columbia, SC and SSG Roland (Patricia-Tess) Owens, Camp Hovey Korea; one uncle, William Oswell, Savannah; one niece, Wevonneda Minis, Columbia, SC; one nephew, Minister Frank Nelson; a devoted caretaker, Mrs. Ann Grant, a host of other relatives and friends.
