HINSDALE - Tammy L. Van Horn of 3888 Main St. passed away Tuesday (April 17, 2012) at her home.Born Oct. 13, 1968, in Olean, she was a daughter of John and Harriett Hopkins Caton. On Aug. 27, 1994, in West Clarksville, she married William E. Van Horn, who survives. Tammy had resided in Hinsdale the past 14 years. Besides her husband, Bill, she is survived by her father, John Caton of Hinsdale; her five children, Christopher Caton of Hinsdale, Brittany Hale of Belvidere and Benjamin Van Horn, Billie Jean Van Horn and Autumn Van Horn, all of Hinsdale; a grandson, Chase Caton of Hinsdale; a sister, Kimberly Bliss of Olean; two nieces; a nephew and five grandnieces.She was predeceased by her mother, Harriett.Family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday (April 19, 2012) at the Guenther Funeral Home, Inc., 1303 E. State St., Olean, at which time funeral and committal services will be held in the funeral home. Howard Lockwood of Belfast will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Olean.
