Sylvia A. Williams, 60, of 19 Freestone St., died Thursday, June 27, 2002. Born in Greenville County, she was the wife of James L. Williams, and was a homemaker and a Baptist. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Barbara Williams of the home and Connie Hawkins and husband Charles, of Simpsonville; a sister, Judy Stegall, of Boiling Springs; a brother, Keith Stegall, of Anderson; three granddaughters, Shannon Massengale, Mistie Massengale and Tabrina Massengale; and four great-grandchildren, Brianna, Kyra, Bailey and Kambra. She was predeceased by a daughter, Tina Elaine Williams. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Funeral services will be at at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Family members are at the home of Connie Hawkins, 120 Fieldmont Circle, Simpsonville.
