Shannon Funeral Home, Town Chapel, Bradenton, is in charge of local arrangements. Survivors include her loving husband, Samuel of Ellenton; a son, Anthony of Toledo; daughters Kimberly Smith of Lambertville, Mich., Misty Flowers of Toledo, Tammy Strain of Grand Rapids, Ohio, and Kelly Rill of Swanton, Ohio; sisters Donna Perez, Shirley Cortez and Charlene Hargrove, all of Toledo; 22 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
