ANDERSON, RUBY (WAGNER) -passed away on November 24, 2005 at the age of 82 years. She was predeceased by her husband Ewald K. Wagner, her parents John and Minnie Anderson of Lafleche, SK; her sister Doris E. Wagner; nephew Kurtis Anderson; uncle Sam Anderson and brother-in-law Bill Oxx III. Ruby will be lovingly missed by her brothers Harold Anderson of Lafleche, SK and Carl (Elaine) Anderson of Delta, BC; sister Isobel Oxx of Thousand Oaks, CA; step-children and their families Linda Wagner (Iwan Saunders) of Calgary, AB, Anita Ford of Fort Qu'Appelle, SK, Brenda Collacott, Ted Wagner, Crystal Lozinski all of Regina, SK as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and special friends. Ruby taught in Saskatchewan schools for four years before moving to Edmonton to continue her education. In Edmonton, she was a physical education teacher at the high school level before joining the Physical Education Staff at the University of Alberta, where she taught for 25 years. Ruby retired in 1981 and later returned to Lafleche, SK. On March 27, 1993, she married Ewald Wagner and moved to Regina. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3500 Queen Street, Regina, SK on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Craig Moeller officiating. INTERMENT to follow at the Kennel Cemetery north of Regina. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruby's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
