GILBERT, Rowland Byron, 72 of Zephyrhills, Fla., passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2003 under hospice care in Dade City. He was born in the Tampa / Temple Terrace are on December 10, 1930 to Rowland W. and Dora Williams Gilbert. He moved to Zephyrhills 16 years ago and was in the Steel Fabrication Business. He is survived by his wife, Marlene Navarro Gilbert, Zephyrhills, Fla.; three sisters, Beverly, Carolynn, Jud y; and one brother, Alan.
