ROSE EUGENA HITCHMANJONES Rose Eugena Hitchman-Jones age 79 was born in Woodland, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica October 2, 1927 to the parents of Charles and Etta Hitchman. She attended school at Catadupa St. James, Jamaica. After graduation, she married Kernal Jones where she enjoyed taking care of her family. After the death of her husband, she migrated to the United States to be with her children, grand children, and great-grand children. Rose had 10 children, 36 grand children, and 12 greatgrand children. Survivors include children Joyce (husband Sydney), Millicent (husband, Jack), Colin (wife, Olive), Gloria (husband, Lloyd), Corine, Kelvin (wife, Alison), and Sharine (husband, Trevor). Brothers, Ken (wife Imogene), Ronnie (wife, Pearl), and Dalton. Sisters, Aletha, Sylvia, Florence, Enid, and Beryl. In the United States she has nine grand children. Chris, Clifton, Trisha, Yolande, Brian, Lesa, Sean, Destiny, and Justice. Great Grand Children, Natalia, Emanuel, Ashley, and Sean Jr. The remaining grand children and great grand children reside in Jamaica. Services: The family will receive friends 6 - 8 PM , Friday, November 10, 200 at the CoxGifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach. Funeral services will begin at 10 AM, Saturday, November 11, 2006 at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Gifford, Florida . Interment will be held in Woodland, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church 4465 28th Avenue, Gifford, Florida.
