Rosa E. Williams Rosa E. Williams, 81, who retired as a housekeeper for Tallahassee Motor Lodge, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003. The service will be at 2 p.m. EST Saturday at East Spring Primitive Baptist Church, with burial at Southside Cemetery. Viewing will be from 1 to 8 p.m. EST Friday at Strong & Jones Funeral Home (224-2139) and from noon until the service Saturday at the church.The funeral cortege will assemble for the funeral at 1 p.m. Saturday at 2545 Brighton Road, Apartment 10. A native of Mt. Pleasant, she was a member of East Spring Primitive Baptist Church. She lived in Tallahassee for more than 50 years. Survivors include four sons, Robert L. Salters (and wife Ruth) of St. Petersburg, Jimmie and Homer Williams, both of Tallahassee and Johnnie Sandford of Fayetteville, N.C.; three daughters, Mary Salters and Clara Williams, both of Tallahassee, and Doris Perry (and husband Leonard) of Savannah, Ga.; a sister, Littie M. McMillian of Mt. Pleasant; 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
