WILLIAMS, MR. RONALD JOSEPH - The death of Mr. Ronald Joseph Williams, of Saint John occurred unexpectedly on Tuesday January 11, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1929, in Saint John he was the son of the late Joseph and Jennie (O'Brien) Williams. Ronald was an avid bowler and golfer, and a 22-year member of Alcoholics Anonymous Portland Group. He is survived by his companion Marie Doucette; his loving children Joanne McQueen (Wayne), Karen Daigle (Leo), Ronald Williams (Connie), Reginald Williams (Nora) all of Saint John and Barbara Reid (Ross) of Ontario; two brothers Walter Williams (Jean) of Clifton Royal and Pat Williams (Janice) of Saint John; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, (646-2424) with visitations on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday January 14, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. The family would appreciate donations made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association; Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor's choice. www.fundyfuneralhome.com
