Alico Citrus ForemanHAINES CITY -- Mr. Robert Mabin Williams of Haines City died of liver disease Aug. 31, 2006, at home. He was 66.Born in Monroe County, Ala., on April 14, 1940, he came to Haines City from Avon Park 15 years ago. He was a citrus foreman for Alico Citrus Co. He also was a self-employed seasonal worker.Mr. Williams is survived by his sons, Karl Jones, Orlando, Robert Williams, Winter Haven, Peter Williams, Tallahassee; daughters, Priscilla Lowe, Atmore, Ala., Tara Jackson, Haines City, Yolanda Robinson, Davenport; brothers, J.C. Williams, Baltimore, Roosevelt Williams, Hartford, Conn.; sisters, Mary Salter, Atmore, Mattie Knight, Mobile, Ala., Eula Mallard, Pensacola, Wynell Beatty, Deloris Woodruff, both of Temple Hills, Md.; 25 grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 this evening at Claude Holmes Sr. Memorial Chapel, 601 Claude Holmes Sr. Ave., Haines City. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 713 N. Eighth St., Haines City. Burial will be in Jamestown Community Cemetery in Davenport.
